01 Processing time
Orders are checked and dispatched within 1-3 business days of payment clearing. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays start processing the next business day.
02 Delivery time
Typical delivery is 7-15 business days after dispatch to metropolitan addresses. Regional and remote areas can take longer. Peak periods (November–January) may add several days.
These are good-faith estimates based on carrier performance, not guarantees.
03 Shipping cost
Free standard shipping on orders over A$50. Under A$50 a flat shipping fee is shown in the cart and at checkout before payment. There are no surprise charges after you pay.
04 Duties and taxes
The price you pay at checkout is the final price. We handle any import duties or taxes ourselves — you will never be asked to pay a customs charge to receive your parcel.
05 Tracking
You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched, and live status updates appear under My Account → Orders. We push each scan to you as it happens.
06 Delivery addresses
We deliver to residential, business and PO Box addresses within Australia. Please double-check your address before paying — we cannot redirect a parcel once it is in the carrier network, and re-delivery after an address failure may incur a further charge.
07 Split shipments
An order with several items may arrive in more than one parcel at no extra cost to you. Each parcel gets its own tracking number.
08 Problems with delivery
If tracking stalls for 10 business days or the parcel is marked delivered but missing, contact yumyum.gyoza.house@gmail.com and we will investigate with the carrier and make it right.
